**About the Role**

Advanced Brands Company is seeking a **customer-focused, well-spoken Saudi fresh graduate** to join our team under the **Tamheer program** as a **Customer Support Agent**. This role supports clients and our internal sales team through our webstore by handling inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth, professional customer journey. You must be able to communicate in a friendly and clear **Saudi white accent** and demonstrate excellent service etiquette.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support customers with order placement, product questions, and issue resolution.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in **Saudi white dialect** (اللهجة البيضاء).
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to resolve any service issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and warmth.

**Qualifications**
- **Saudi national**, eligible for the **Tamheer program** via HRDF.
- Recent graduate in any relevant field (business, communication, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with polite and professional tone.
- Strong command of **Saudi white accent** when speaking to clients.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn CRM/webstore tools.
- Passion for helping people and providing great service.
