**RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY**:

- Receiving inventory and maintaining system records and storage in proper location
- Reporting to supplier/shipper in case of discrepancies found in inventory supplied and take necessary actions to solve.
- Issuing inventory to service work orders up on pulling inventories
- Release back orders on daily basis from ERP system and take print pick tickets
- Take lead on immediate and proper packaging and dispatching of material to ensure on time delivery
- Follow the local customer sales orders shipping process and provide packing details of orders packed
- Lead warehouse helpers to ensure the packing followed the procedures and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records (soft/ hard) of every stock transaction.
- Daily physical cycle count of inventory to keep accurate inventory with zero variance
- Review weekly reports such as MIT to ensure accurate system entry done corresponding to physical move
- Follow up with logistics team for the orders and notify them of urgent delivery requirement
- Tracking shipments by getting data from logistics team and maintain supply orders tracking sheet updated on daily basis
- Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
- Independently make decisions and act in case of supply shortages

**BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Diploma Degree or Equivalent education
- 3 years’ experience in a warehouse / inventory management
- Warehousing and stock control methods and procedures.
- Knowledge in Excel and ERP system (JDE preferred)
- Knowledge of supply chain activities
- Good English language verbal and written communication skills

**SKILLS, TRAINING. SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, AND/OR LANGUAGE SKILLS**
- Able to Speak and Write in English
- Knowledge in Excel and ERP system
- Making reports and analyzing skills
- Warehouse or Inventory management skills
- Good in follow up and tracking skill
- Basic knowledge of Logistics
- General knowledge of Quality and HSE principles at workplace
