**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, scrubs, wraps, and holistic therapies.
- Perform services in accordance with professional spa standards, customized to each guest’s needs.
- Welcome guests, conduct consultations, and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and fully prepared treatment rooms, tools, and spa facilities.
- Promote spa treatments and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Follow up with guests post-treatment to monitor satisfaction and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all spa operational procedures.
- Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards consistently.
- Assist with front desk operations, stock control, and inventory management as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Diploma and relevant certifications in Spa Therapy from a recognized institution.**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or premium wellness centers.**:

- Proficient in techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other holistic treatments.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, skincare, and wellness practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first approach.
- Professional, polished appearance aligned with luxury standards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to maintain a calm, relaxing, and respectful environment for guests.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
