**Role and Responsibilities**

Mission:

- Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service

**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing**
- Articulate USPs of all assets and service offerings, key benefits and messages for use for marketing purposes
- Effectively manage social media with proper content quality and frequency and client/segment relevancy
- Work with Education team to cultivate relevant benefits for school offering; identify value proposition and work with team to create appropriate marketing collateral
- Create compelling marketing campaigns using omnichannel strategies
- Drive campaign management for enrolment acquisition programs across multiple channels
- Create content for corporate/school marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives
- Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences
- Internal reporting and other duties as assigned
- Lead Generation & Enrolments Enablement
- Create effective, compelling positioning, messaging, and conversion tools that are understood and used across all social media platforms
- Stays abreast of market trends to drive topics for parent webinars and/or master classes or influencer campaigns
- Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leverage behavioral interest profiling to drive growth and attain targets
- Have a very elaborate knowledge of the KSA market profiles and effective mediums to expand reach for students base and influence parents decisions

**Project management**
- Responsible for all aspects of projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures
- Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal stakeholders, design team, assigned agencies and key leadership
- Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution

**Market Research and Competitive Intelligence**
- Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to relevant teams and provides input to senior leadership
- Conduct various interviews, including focus groups and post-engagement parents interviews/surveys to identify trends and make recommendations to senior leadership
- Conduct marketing surveys on current and new service concepts to influence offering relevancy to the KSA market

**Required Skills / Special Qualifications**
- Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator
- 2-4 years of professional marketing experience. Experience in Education related industries is desired.
- Prior experience working with sophisticated direct mail programs, direct marketing agencies, and marketing enabling software and systems: Zoho CRM, MailChimp, Canva, Zapier, Google console, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Marketo, Hootsuite, expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with agencies specializing in marketing intelligence or analytics and education services is a plus.
- Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touch points, including website, print co
