Marketing & Communications Specialist - (Ksa

**Overview**

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic self-starter to join our dynamic, fast paced, and multidisciplinary business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as our Marketing Specialist.

We are looking for a dynamic profile, who will be at ease with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and managing stakeholder expectations across various consulting divisions with B2B, B2C and B2G client bases. You will also be responsible for upholding the Knight Frank brand's creative and tone of voice across all marketing activity and brand campaigns.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies for the KSA Market, with a focus on Brand Awareness and Business Growth. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - Consulting MENA, you will take the lead role in ensuring consistency across all brand collateral, while providing on ground support to the KSA Business, to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with business goals, as well as supporting in organising all aspects of Knight Frank client-events and engagement.

**Responsibilities**

**_Marketing Leadership Team_**
- Develop, maintain, and update a detailed activity calendar of all Marcoms activities, with guidance from the Senior Marketing Manager - Consulting MENA and present this on a weekly basis to key stakeholders and the wider Marcoms team.
- Assist in project management of initiatives helping to ensure these run-on time and on budget.
- Liaison with regional Marcoms, IT and Web teams to ensure alignment and service delivery.
- Assist with the completion and tracking of KPI’s around Marcoms activity and campaigns.

**_Responsibilities within Marcoms & wider business_**
- Engagement with regional teams to help ensure timely delivery of projects.
- To support the KSA business by briefing jobs/projects to respective marcomms departments or external creative suppliers if needed
- Support in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and proposal decks to effectively promote respective service lines.
- Point of contact for KSA/regional offices and service line heads for all Marcoms activities.
- Produce best practice process guidelines, and monitor, and report on their adherence. To keep this front of mind with a “rolling training” focus.
- To produce checklists for all Knight Frank events, corporate materials and research outputs with support from the Senior Marketing Manager - Consulting MENA
- Manage KSA based events on the ground where necessary.
- To act as the key GDPR & CRM contact for the Marcoms team.
- To support the Marcoms team as needed - scheduling meetings, and liaising with KSA Business leads.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in the region across real estate and consulting industries.
- Competitive benchmarking in KSA for the KSA business and stay abreast with all the event opportunities, speaking opportunities and more for the KSA business.

**_Copywriting_**
- Working with the regional content team to provide extra resources for creating marketing promotional material such as blogs and write-ups dedicated to the KSA market in Arabic.
- Proofing content for ‘house style’ as and when requested.

**_Publications_**
- Working with the Marcoms team to lead and manage the production cycle of Marcoms design instructions and projects for KSA and the business.
- To source imagery needed in publications and campaigns and manage all associated subscriptions
- Contribute to the management and delivery of the lifecycle of external and internal content production as and when required.
- Working with our social media, Content and PR Manager to ensure distribution and dissemination strategies are developed and followed for every output.
- To also contribute to any seasonal/adhoc activity for example, National Day, Eid, Ramadan, and Tier one local and global research report launch plans.
- To manage the relationship with all print suppliers and ensure delivery of printed materials to our offices and key clients, with support from our Regional Marketing Operations.

**_KSA Marcoms Liaison_**
- Become the key point of contact for the KSA business for all Marcoms requests from across the business. By extension, you will be responsible for the development and adherence to Marcoms guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure KSA business news is prominent and sent to the regional team in a timely manner across digital, social platforms.

**_Events_**
- You will coordinate with Senior Marketing Manager - Consulting MENA, Regional Marketing Operations and Service Line Heads, to manage all aspects of Knight Frank KSA events, including, but not limited to client events and media roundtables.
- Supporting the production, shipment, and customs clearance of materials, stands and collateral.
