**Job Purpose**:
To monitor all material related issues for his assigned plants. Support Central Planning, TA & Major Maintenance and execution departments. Support internal customers in line as per the applicable specification and standards of mechanical materials. Liaison with Sabic procurements GPS as per applicable Procedure and ensure availability of spares on time. Ensure received materials from vendors and ensure the delivery of applicable material standard on time. Ensure PO place on time.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Technical Evaluation of quotation for MRO stock items replenishments and provide necessary information to vendor / manufactures to obtain quotation.
- Ensure Technical Evaluation and PO placement process in meeting KPI.
- Review and create new MRO material numbers and update existing parameters as per approved request from end-user and update the BOM.
- Technical review of existing BOM related to turbomachinery, compressors, turbines, pumps and static equipment like vessel heat exchangers, valvesetc to ensure the needed spares availability, healthy cleansed BOM and follow up for actions needed by all the concerns.
- Analyze GPS inventory reports and Maintenance concerns related to material trends and recommendation for continuous improvement.
- Support and participate in Warehouse audit / walkthrough, follow-up for completion of action items
- Review & enhance SAP master data to correct attributes, order levels, MRP types, Equipment linking, Unit of measure, installed qty etc and follow up with concerns till completion
- Analyze monthly reports inventory trends and make recommendation for continuous improvement. Perform actions for agreed inventory optimization assignments and work for section objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Discipline Experience
- Minimum 10-12 years total experience in maintenance of turbomachinery in Fertilizer / Petrochemicals / Oil & Gas Industries preferably having experience in spare parts related jobs. with solid experience in turbomachinery & rotating equipment.
