**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**This project involves PMC services for design management and construction management and supervision of manufacturing / fabrication of Modules (high-rise buildings). Apart from the technical works that are needed for the project delivery and as this development is a never-before-seen in a totally new untouched land, strong communications messaging is required both within the project teams and externally.**:
**The Head of Stakeholder Management will be required to provide all necessary assistance concerning all stakeholder related works under some guidance from the Stakeholder Management Director. The incumbent will be responsible for the coordinating, managing and liaising with all Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants and Contractors, arranging tours, meetings and workshops, preparing presentations and other related reports and documentation as well as reviewing related document submissions to Management, Project Governing Bodies and Authorities; follow-up on ongoing submissions and providing feedback to the different teams to provide information and for action as required. Manage engagement with internal and external project stakeholders across projects, teams, authorities having jurisdiction, statutory and non-statutory bodies (including environment and technical organizations), industry and business, land and property, communities and other parties to establish strong working relationships.**:
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**- **Development and successful delivery of stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy.**:

- **Manage stakeholder mapping**:

- **Prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder enquiries.**:

- **Manage stakeholder engagement coordinators, providing guidance and directing their workload activities to ensure timescales and requirements are met.**:

- **Development and successful delivery of stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy**:

- **Work collaboratively with other members of the project team, liaising with other Stakeholder Managers in the stakeholder team and the PMO (project management office)**:

- **Provide briefings and support to technical teams for meetings with stakeholders**:

- **Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team members and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams are responded to within agreed timescales**:

- **Prepare and manage site visits, workshops, roundtable and forum logistics including developing agendas, project plans. minute taking and production of reports**:

- **Ensure accurate audit trail maintained of all stakeholder engagement and all contact/activities are recorded on stakeholder database**:

- **Attend client-facing meetings, collaborative planning workshops and report to client on progress**:

- **Provide input into weekly/monthly reports for PMO and Project Board**:

- **Attend Stakeholder Engagement Working Group and expedite actions arising**:

- **Liaise with all Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants and Contractors on all project related documents such as NOCs, Permits, Approvals on design and construction related, handover requirements and handover works.**:

- **Prepare / review reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific handover and stakeholder issues as required by the client.**:

- **Attend weekly / monthly meetings as necessary for all types of projects, keep track and record all required actions from all Stakeholders and follow up on the progress as required.**:

- **Liaise with Key Stakeholders and Authorities to ensure a smooth handover of assets on completion of works**:

- **Provide stakeholders input to weekly / monthly reports.**:

- **Work collaboratively with other members of the project team, liaising with other Stakeholder Managers in the stakeholder team and the PMO (project management office). **:**Provide briefings and support to technical teams for meetings with stakeholders. **:**PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- **Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and / or post graduate qualifications / experience.**:

- **Minimum of 10 years related work experience and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the MEA region.**:
