**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deploy, configure, and maintain virtualized environments using VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, capacity, and availability of virtual machines and host infrastructure.
- Support virtual networking, storage integration, and backup/recovery operations using tools such as Veeam.
- Implement and maintain security best practices within the virtual infrastructure.
- Participate in the planning and execution of upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery (DR) procedures.
- Collaborate with other infrastructure and cloud teams to align virtual platforms with organizational goals and cloud initiatives.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for virtualization-related incidents and service requests.
- Assist in evaluating new virtualization tools, platforms, and cloud-hosted solutions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with:

- VMware vSphere/ESXi
- Nutanix AHV
- Microsoft Hyper-V
- Veeam or similar backup/replication tools
- Strong understanding of virtual networking, resource allocation, and storage integration.
- Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of VM and host performance issues.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) or equivalent
- Microsoft Virtualization Certification ( MCSA/MCSE: Virtualization)

**Preferred Experience**:

- Familiarity with cloud-based virtualization platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Exposure to hybrid infrastructure environments and automation using PowerCLI, scripting, or orchestration tools.
- Experience in enterprise-scale virtualization deployments and multi-site DR setups.
