Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Riyadh. The Estimator will play a crucial role in analyzing project specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, and collaborating closely with our design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure competitive, accurate, and profitable project pricing. This role is essential in helping Form secure new projects by providing transparent and comprehensive cost estimates for our fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze project documents, including drawings, specifications, and other relevant details, to understand project requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs, specific to fit-out projects.
- Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure alignment on scope, design changes, and materials for each project.
- Source and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Prepare and present estimate reports to management, outlining scope, cost breakdowns, and risk assessments.
- Track and document historical cost data for future project references and to improve estimation accuracy.
- Support the Business Development team in preparing bid proposals and responding to RFPs with competitive and accurate pricing.
- Stay up-to-date with market rates, material prices, and industry trends relevant to fit-out projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator in the fit-out or construction industry, ideally in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation software and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth understanding of construction materials, processes, and methodologies, specifically for fit-out projects.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
