Communication & Client Relations Manager (Influencer Marketing)

We are Looking for Communication & Client Relations Manager to join us from office Riyadh: - Location Riyadh - KSA Job Purpose: - Responsible for managing Communication & Client Relations Department and directing the team toward achieving financial growth through identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining and developing clients’ relationships, closing business deals, in addition to maintain extensive knowledge of current market condition Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Strategy Formulation - Develop strategic objectives and KPIs for the Communication & Client Relations Department in line with Grand Community strategy and ensure that the Communication Department’s employees are working towards achieve these objectives. - Review the operating results of the Communication Department and follow-up to ensure that appropriate corrective actions are being taken in case of deviation. - Budget & Cost Control - Develop the Communication Department’s annual budget and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities. - Policies & Processes - Develop and ensure the implementation of the Communication Department’s policies and processes in order to achieve the Department’s objectives. - Business Development Operations - Manage the daily activities of the Communication Department to ensure achieving the departmental objectives in line with Grand Community overall strategy. - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements and respond to their requests and enquiries as well as meet with targeted and potential clients to grow the company’s portfolio with new lines of business. - Identify new business development opportunities, and prioritize the same based on Grand Community business strategy and latest markets trends. - Direct and support the development of new opportunities and services, which contribute to Grand Community growth as well as identify appropriate strategic partnership opportunities to drive various growth initiatives - Approve business proposals and agreements, campaigns, action plans, and communication plans to present the same to clients. - Supervise research on potential target markets and partners by assigning research tasks and responsibilities. - Oversee and manage the preparation of pitches and business proposals to present to potential clients. - Approve Communication team recommendations for advertising clients’ services & products on the influencers’ accounts. - Represent Grand Community in different social events and other media channels (Magazines, newspaper, TV, radio, etc.) to promote Grand Community services and products. - Develop recommendations and proposals on appropriate joint ventures, alliances and partnership opportunities in order to support the expansion plans of the organization in line with Grand Community strategy. - Direct and manage the coordination between the Communication team and other departments to ensure handling clients requests and enquiries to maintain their satisfaction. - Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor. People Management ▪ Coordinate with the HR & Administration Department pertaining to the Communication Department recruitment related activities. ▪ Conduct annual performance appraisals for the Communication Department employees. Identify the training needs of employees to ensure that all relevant experience and knowledge is transferred to employees to ensure a highly skilled and high-performance workforce. Reports: - ▪ Review and present reports on budget activity, including identification of potential problems and recommendations for corrective actions, and forecast trends. Prepare and submit reports on regular basis to the Executive Management on all the Communication Department’s activities.
