**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that enhance the financial performance of projects.
- Conduct detailed market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with operational capabilities and resource allocations.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to facilitate successful project execution.
- Monitor project performance against financial goals and recommend adjustments to drive continued success.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes that may impact commercial operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the construction, real estate, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, contract negotiation, and risk management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and commercial management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and make strategic decisions under pressure.
