**General Job Description**:

- Provide technical support to users
- Place all defects cards and service request cards to assist maintenance support team and solve problems
- Upload and maintain necessary programs
- Definition of devices to network
- Diagnosis of devices defects and software and carry out maintenance
- Maintenance of computer accessories such as (printers and scanners)
- An experience of display devices maintenance
- Work on Data storage units and backup copies
- Skillful and speedy climbing of all type of towers adhering to safety and security regulations

Submit reports periodically

**Qualification and Experience**:

- BSc or institute in computer science or IT or equivalent levels
- Knowledge computer systems and programs
- Must have obtained accredited Cisco certificate CCNA and MCP from Microsoft
- Full knowledge of Linux operation systems
- Experience in display systems and screens
- Perfection of English language
- Experience in the field of central storage units’ management
- Not less than 3 years’ experience in Microsoft operation systems active, Linux, directory

Not less than 3 years’ experience in providing technical support in similar governmental projects.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (required)
