Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Create compelling and engaging content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, tailored to our target audience.
- Manage and maintain our social media profiles and pages, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions, aligning with marketing objectives and initiatives.
- Utilize strong photography and videography skills to produce high-quality visual content for social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and technologies, recommending innovative strategies to reach our audience effectively.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various social media channels, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.
**Requirements**:
- Saudi nationality or extensive experience living and working in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in videography, content creation, and graphic design for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
- Experience managing social media platforms for businesses or brands, with a track record of driving engagement and growth.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to specific audiences.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
