To reach our ambitious goals, **we are looking for Lead Test engineer.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build **team capacity and individual testing skills**providing scalable structure
- ** Lead** the team in setup and compliance with quality assurance standards
- Monitor and improve quality assurance processes and procedures in line with **latest testing technologies**:

- ** Facilitate communication**within different technical teams within engineering
- Participate in **presales initiatives and project estimations** for testing activities
- Define most advantageous **project-based methods and tools**:

- Support and set up **manual or** **automated testing** processes and related testing tools
- Set up **test strategy, test plans and testing process** on the projects
- Good **time management** and ability to prioritize tasks among multiple or changing priorities
- Prefer to work on** agile software development** projects with **globally distributed teams**

Qualifications:

- Have at least 5 years of quality assurance experience and at least 2 years in leading teams
- Own **leadership skills** necessary to build, manage and scale QA team to meet workload and efficiency
- Proficient in **automation testing** (e.g., Selenium Web driver and Java)
- Hands on experience with **API testing** using Postman or SoapUI
- ** Performance, regression and stress testing** plans definition and successful implementation
- Experience with different **cloud providers** (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- ISTQB certification is a plus
- Good **communication skills** (spoken and written) with fluent English as essential
- Arabic language is a plus
- Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia if needed
