**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive public health strategies to address community health needs.
- Conduct health needs assessments and analyze trends to inform planning and resource allocation.
- Provide expert advice on health policy, strategic health planning, and program development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute health programs that promote public health and prevent disease.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health planning initiatives, recommending improvements as needed.
- Ensure that health planning and program initiatives comply with applicable laws, standards, and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and policy briefs to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Participate in capacity-building efforts, including training and mentoring public health staff.

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**: Bachelors degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the health sector, with a focus on administrative and planning roles.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret health data and trends.
- Knowledge of public health principles, health planning, and healthcare systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in the health sector.
- Proficiency in using health planning software and data analysis tools.
