Lead and manage all fit-out and interior design works across assigned projects, ensuring delivery within quality, time, and budget parameters.
- Oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project specifications and design intent.
- Review and approve fit-out design drawings, materials, and method statements in coordination with design and construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports highlighting risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with the client, project management, and site teams for timely resolution of issues and approvals.
- Manage quality inspections and handover documentation to ensure smooth project completion.
- Review and verify contractor claims, variations, and progress payments.
- Conduct design and constructability reviews to identify value engineering opportunities.
- Support project close-out, final inspections, and snag list management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a PMC environment.
- Proven track record of delivering fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of international construction standards and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Saudi building codes and local authority requirements is an advantage.
- Previous Middle East experience is mandatory.
