**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage on-site construction activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Responsible for collaborating with design and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Responsible for regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the quality of all finishes and fit outs are executed as per the specifications and quality guidelines.
- Monitor project progress, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Responsible for maintaining good relations with clients and other stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment on-site, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Provide clear direction and guidance to site personnel, including subcontractors, laborers, and other team members.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to design, budget, and schedule, and that any deviations are promptly addressed.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of relevant experience on Commercial Interior /Fit Out Projects.
- Project management experience. PMP certified will be preferred.
- Familiar with design and modeling (BIM) software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge and work with Microsoft office programs Word, Power Point, Excel.
