Finance Projects Director

- As our Finance Project Director, your main role will be leading, driving and managing financial projects, working across different functions. This position will report to Senior Director Finance & Operations.- Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, manage, and implement financial projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Implement local and regional initiatives based on business partnering with both local functions and regional stakeholders.
- Working as a sparring partner to senior management regarding analysing/utilizing opportunities. Driving the development of projects, business cases and other local initiatives.
- Lead strategic development and long-term planning
- Set the judicious direction for relevant Commercial and Finance & Operations projects in close collaboration with relevant local and regional stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in finance roles, experience of managing large-scale and complex projects with a proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting in a multinational firm.
- Experience of managing financial projects and leading cross-functional teams, with knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
- Proficient in interpreting complex financial data and conducting thorough financial assessments. This skill is crucial for evaluating proposals and investments to make informed recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders. This includes preparing detailed reports and presenting financial insights clearly. You are commercially minded with a strong business acumen.
