**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Installation & Setup**
- Install commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and ventilation systems.
- Ensure proper electrical, gas, and water connections during installation.
- Conduct equipment testing to confirm functionality.

**2. Maintenance & Repairs**
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gas-related issues.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as burners, compressors, heating elements, and control panels.
- Ensure equipment complies with safety and health regulations.

**3. Customer Support & Training**
- Provide clients with training on equipment operation, safety, and basic troubleshooting.
- Offer technical support and respond to service calls promptly.
- Maintain good customer relationships by delivering excellent service.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
- Prepare service reports and update job logs.

**ملخص الوظيفة**:نبحث عن فني ماهر في معدات المطابخ التجارية لتركيب وإصلاح وصيانة المعدات المستخدمة في المطاعم والفنادق وشركات تقديم الطعام. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة في العمل مع معدات الطهي والتبريد وغسيل الصحون، بالإضافة إلى مهارات قوية في تشخيص الأعطال.

**المهام الرئيسية**:
**1. التركيب والإعداد**
- تركيب معدات المطابخ التجارية، بما في ذلك الأفران والشوايات والقلايات وغسالات الصحون والثلاجات وأنظمة التهوية.
- ضمان التوصيلات الصحيحة للكهرباء والغاز والمياه أثناء التركيب.
- إجراء اختبارات على المعدات للتأكد من أنها تعمل بشكل صحيح.

**2. الصيانة والإصلاحات**
- تنفيذ الصيانة الدورية لمنع الأعطال.
- تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والمرتبطة بالغاز وإصلاحها.
- إصلاح أو استبدال المكونات التالفة مثل الشعلات والضواغط وعناصر التسخين ولوحات التحكم.
- ضمان التزام المعدات بلوائح السلامة والصحة.

**3. دعم العملاء والتدريب**
- تقديم التدريب للعملاء حول تشغيل المعدات وإجراءات السلامة وحل المشكلات الأساسية.
- توفير الدعم الفني والاستجابة السريعة لمكالمات الخدمة.
- الحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع العملاء من خلال تقديم خدمة متميزة.

**4. التوثيق والتقارير**
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات الصيانة والإصلاحات والاستبدالات.
- إعداد تقارير الخدمة وتحديث سجلات العمل.
- التنسيق مع الموردين للحصول على قطع الغيار والمطالبات الضمانية.

**المتطلبات**:

- **الخبرة**: خبرة كفني لمعدات المطابخ التجارية.
- **المهارات التقنية**: معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية وأنظمة الغاز.
- **الشهادات**: يفضل الحصول على دبلوم تقني أو شهادة في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو أنظمة التدفئة والتبريد (HVAC).
- **حل المشكلات**: القدرة على تشخيص الأعطال وتقديم حلول فعالة وسريعة.
- **اللياقة البدنية**: القدرة على رفع المعدات الثقيلة والعمل في المساحات الضيقة.
- **رخصة القيادة**: يفضل امتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية للزيارات الميدانية.

**المؤهلات المفضلة**:

- خبرة في العمل مع علامات تجارية مثل **Rational, Hobart, Electrolux** أو ما يعادلها.
- معرفة بأنظمة التبريد والتدفئة والتهوية (HVAC).
- الإلمام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة المحلية الخاصة بمعدات المطابخ.
