**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinates collection, analysis, and reporting of quality-related data using statistical techniques.
- Participates in continuous improvement projects with a focus on manufacturing processes.
- Initiates actions to prevent the occurrence of product nonconformity.
- Serves as an auditor for internal, inter-facility, and supplier audits as needed.
- Interfaces with external inspection and audit agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and customer specifications.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Experience with oilfield equipment is highly desirable, as is familiarity with API, ASME, ASTM, or other industry-related codes and standards.
- Proven knowledge in Quality assurance / Quality control / non-destructive testing (NDT) is preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and mechanical aptitude.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Approximately 10% of domestic travel is required to perform inspections and audits or for training purposes.
