**Team Activities**:

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and personal commitment to Interwell policies/values
- Attend meetings with other departments within the company as necessary in order to perform duties and aid business and value propositions
- Adhere to relevant local and externally health & safety laws and policies

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Relevant education (Bachelor etc.) or equivalent experience
- Management Experience including people skills
- Minimum 7 years’ oil and gas experience in Completion, Intervention and/or Well Integrity Solutions
- Relevant Middle East / KSA experience with 4-5 years in an operational management capacity
- IADC / IWCF Certified for Workover & Well Intervention
- Good knowledge of downhole tools and wellbore hydraulics
- Must be structured, team driven and motivated and have a strong leadership quality
- English, both oral and written (Arabic an advantage)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
