- The Job

The Company is seeking to hire an experienced professional to manage the Human Resources function for the organization. This is a key role that seeks to create a strong process-driven function and incubate a progressive culture that will be the platform for future growth. Key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

The role is based in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and offers full family and medical benefits, including home country travel.
- Your Profile

You must be an MBA from a respected business school, with 12-15 years of experience in the HR function of large professionally managed organizations, preferably including Engineering companies. You should currently be in a managerial role that oversees policy, operations and strategy for a company or business unit comprising at least 400-500 people. Prior experience in formulating and implementing HR strategy and policies is essential. The ability to understand business and aid in evolving appropriate solutions would be a key skill. You must have the capability to resonate with a large multi-cultural workforce and create an inclusive and progressive culture in the organization.

Prior experience of working in the Middle-East region is highly preferred, so that there is prior understanding of the environment. However, the focus is on creating a framework for the future and not maintaining the present.
