As an Application Engineer, you will focus on maximizing and continuously improving customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying opportunities to serve the customer, addressing customer support requests, and performing outbound sales activities.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Conduct customer visits, with or without a Sales Engineer, to increase the probability of winning deals,
- Provide technical support, on-site commissioning, and training for selected customers, partners, and projects,
- Ensure Danfoss Drives are listed on end-users' vendor lists,
- Support consultants in selecting and specifying Drives, ensuring Danfoss Drives specifications are described and approved in their projects,
- Handle general pre
- and post-sales customer queries and claims,
- Prepare sales quotations for Danfoss Drives products and services,
- Prepare technical documents and solutions for business cases,
- Manage projects involving more complex deliveries and solution sales,
- Provide technical and sales support to clients, partners, and the Sales Team,
- Collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues across the region,
- Stay updated on new Danfoss Drives products and services.

**Background & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,
- At least 5 years of experience in Drive Technology,
- Experience in commissioning, parameterization, and programming of frequency converters,
- General knowledge of industry automation,
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems,
- Fluency in both Arabic and English,
- Independent, proactive, well-organized, and a team player,
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- Good problem-solving and learning abilities,
- Willingness to travel across the kingdom.
