We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Spa Concierge Agent to join our luxurious spa facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
- Warmly greet and welcome guests to the spa, providing a positive first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and modifications using our booking software
- Offer detailed information about spa treatments, services, and packages to guests
- Assist guests with selecting appropriate treatments based on their needs and preferences
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
- Promote spa products and services to enhance guest experience and drive sales
- Ensure compliance with spa policies, health regulations, and safety standards

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry; experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in scheduling and booking software
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of spa treatments, services, and wellness practices
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
