**The Role Highlights**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality, visually engaging designs that align with AlGooru’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Lead the design process for digital ads, social media, and print assets, ensuring consistency and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs that contribute to customer acquisition and engagement.

**A Day In Your Life**:

- Lead the design and production of marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
- Develop creative concepts for digital and print designs, including ads, social media, and broadcast materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design assets align with campaign objectives and user experience.
- Optimize landing pages and UI/UX designs to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
- Focus on creating design elements that drive engagement and optimize click-through rates (CTR).
- Stay updated with design trends and tools to continuously improve design practices.

**Requirements**:
**You’re the Senior Graphic Designer we’re looking for if you have**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer
- Deep understanding of Saudi culture (do's & don'ts)
- Expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and branding
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, and Figma
- Strong experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms
- Familiar with prototyping tools like Adobe XD and Figma
- Proficient in project management tools such as Trello and Asana
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality, consistent designs
- Ability to analyze design performance and adjust based on key metrics (CTR, engagement)
- Experience with social media insights and performance tracking tools (Instagram, Facebook)
- Screening & Intro Call (5-10 minutes)
- Chemistry Interview (30 minutes)
- Technical Interview (45-60 minutes)
- Technical assessment
- Team meeting (30 minutes)
