Summary:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. This includes preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing the accounting department. The Senior Accountant also plays a key role in ensuring that the company's financial records are accurate and compliant with all applicable regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Oversee the accounting department, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff
- Ensure that the company's financial records are accurate and compliant with all applicable regulations
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to management
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Identify and resolve accounting problems
- Stay up-to-date on accounting and financial regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting
- CPA certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
