We Are Hiring – Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance Department. The Senior Accountant will handle advanced accounting activities, support financial reporting, and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle and review daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL entries, bank reconciliation).


• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.


• Prepare advanced financial reports, statements, and supporting schedules.


• Review and verify financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.


• Monitor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.


• Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.


• Enhance accounting processes and recommend improvements.


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.


• Mentor junior accountants when needed.

Requirements:


• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar advanced accounting role.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit requirements.


• High proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.


• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.


• High attention to detail and accuracy.


• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA/CMA is a plus).
