Qualifications:
Proven experience as an operations manager.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
Ability to effectively communicate with staff and management at all levels.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
