Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for a Cost Controller this position will be based in Khobar office and will work across ongoing Engineering projects:

- Review and understand all relevant documentation pertaining to the project controls scope of services
- Adhere to our corporate cost engineering procedures
- Prepare internal and external cost reports as per the above - mentioned procedures and scope of services
- Liaise with Client personnel as necessary
- Analyze and prepare work - hour and cost forecasts for the projects
- Attend and represent in meetings concerning cost matters
- Identify and analyzing deviations and trends against the budgets. Investigating such deviations with the relevant group and advising Project Manager / Project Controls Manager of issues requiring corrective action
- Review overall project status and forecast with Project Manager / Project Control Manager as required
- Ensure reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis between project cost reports and Accounting Department cost and billing information
- Maintain awareness and understanding of relevant system operated by other departments

Skills / Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years cost engineering experience in similar field
- Good communication skills in English language - written and verbal
- Excellent technical numeracy
- Excellent time management and planning skills
