- Maintain the quality & follow up the patients' requests to reduce the no-show
- Manage the team & situations
- Handling the requests of the English Speaking clients
- Following up the team's performance to make sure that all the issues done perfectly
- Monitoring the quality of the team
- Supervise the productivity of the team
- Supervise day to day operations of the clinics
- Following up all the issues related to clinic such like; schedules, times, payment, Reports, collections, planswill be responsible for all the administration works.
- Submit daily/weekly reports to the management
- Preferred to be in KSA & knows about the Saudi laws.**Salary; **6-8K R.S based on the experience & skills**
**Salary**: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Clinic Work as supervisor: 5 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
