- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
- Promote a culture of safety and encourage employees to report hazards or incidents.
- ** Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
- Prepare reports for the Warehouse Manager regarding performance metrics and operational challenges.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., purchasing, sales) to coordinate warehouse activities and support overall business goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics operations.**

**2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.**
**4. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.**
**5. Education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management or industrial engineering.
