Senior Architect

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team in this pivotal role, you will lead the architectural design and project management of large-scale infrastructure projects, contributing to the development and transformation of this historic region.

- Oversee the architectural design process for complex infrastructure projects from concept to completion
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials and contractors, to align project goals and requirements
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
- Prepare and present detailed reports, designs, and recommendations to clients and senior management
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to the professional development of the team
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative practices in infrastructure development

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Professional architecture license is prefferable
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Advanced knowledge of architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and infrastructure development
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Experience in construction management and oversight
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
