**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage design activities for the project, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to execute all project stage designs to the highest standards.
- Develop design implementation plans that incorporate client requirements, specifications, and recommendations to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure designs are in line with the project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Work closely with the project team to manage the design workload and deliver successful outcomes.
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Attend all project-related meetings and review technical design reports, studies, and calculations to ensure compliance with design standards, requirements, and procedures.
- Manage and mentor the design team to achieve optimal performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Must have experience in Hotel.
- 10 years of experience in design management within the construction of hotels and residential.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects within tight deadlines and budgets.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams across all levels.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical information to a diverse audience.
- Solid understanding of technical design elements such as costing, scheduling, and project management.
- Proficient in using design software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit or Bentley software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
