We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to buy products that are essential for our company’s day-to-day operations. You will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels.

Purchasing Officer responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.) For this role, you should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you’re identifying the most profitable offers.

Ultimately, you’ll create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Getting information and instruction from sourcing engineer and initiate work for the product we need.
- Always try to get the correct product with specification, technical data sheet.
- Follow up the logistics team for pickup, for timely delivery to Qatar.
- Following suppliers for shipping documents like Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Border Clearance from logistics side, Road Receipt, Bayan and necessary documents required.
- Source products from appropriate Suppliers, Manufacturers, Dealers and Distributors considering quantity and location requirements.
- Must verify technical and quality certificates (UL,INTERTTEK,IECEE,BIS,BS,BASEC) websites for product creditability.
- Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favourable deals.
- Visit the store to confirm stock levels and specifications.
- Arrange meetings with suppliers to address their queries either via phone or by visiting their company.
- Upon profect award issue purchase orders to suppliers and procure the products either by personally visiting the stores and coordinate with.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Valid SAUDI Driving License(required)
- Communication skills in English, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi (required)
- Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years in the relevant field (Civil or Electrical).
- Must reside in Dammam.
- Must be able to travel within Dammam and Riyadh if need balance Saudi Arabia.
- Must work from home.
- Must own a laptop(required)
- Must know about the products, tools, accessories and know where it is available in Dammam and Riyad market.
- Experience in Procurement and Field work.
