Air Liquide Arabia (ALAR) provides large volumes of industrial gases (hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon

- Fence supply of industrial gases to major industries in Saudi Arabia.

Our HR team partners with Functions and Business Lines in order to prepare our organisation for the future. The individual support to our employees, our focus on talent development, and the delivery of our HR strategic agenda is key for our success.

The HR Supervisor implements Group and regional HR strategies within the specified entity ensuring effective localization and alignment. The HR Supervisor participates in the management of HR Operations, leveraging support functions to attract, develop and retain the talent necessary to achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- HR Management, Strategy & Policy
Contributes in HR policy development, regular review and update, ensuring effective communication and adoption of policies across the entity.
- Workforce Planning
Participates in personnel and headcount management exercises.
Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding.
- Manages the successful onboarding of new joiners by ensuring the provision of all necessary inductions, systems, trainings, and right to work documentation
Oversees offboarding activities for leavers including move management logistics for expat employees returning to their home entity
- Talent Development & Employee Engagement
Manages cyclical and ad hoc Talent Development campaigns Ensures all employees complete compulsory trainings,
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Follows up to ensure training objectives are met and Supports the annual Performance Review and objective setting cycle.
- Compensation and Benefits
Manages payroll and ensures accuracy in timely manners
- Processes employee expense claims in accordance with agreed upon SLAs
- Completes all final settlement calculations in accordance with policy
Oversees the provision of applicable insurance policies; ensuring that all employees and eligible dependents are enrolled in applicable insurance policies; that leavers are removed from all ALAR benefit schemes; and that members lists are current and updated.
- Ensures that all employee and HR data are updated; Contributes to an effective data management system including the digitization of files, the archiving of hard copies, and the management and organisation of shared folders and databases
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
This role is only open to Saudi Arabian Nationals with the relevant experience.

Experience
- 6 to 8 years of HR Business Partnering or Generalist experience
- 2-3 yrs in HRBP/Supervisory role
- Good knowledge of full life cycle HR disciplines including Recruiting, Rewards, Employee Relations, Talent Management and Employment Law
- Experience within a transformational or change environment is advantageous
- Experience within an international multicultural environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic.

Educational
- Bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration
- Professional HR Qualification is desirable (Eg - CIPD, SHRM, etc)

Competencies
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrable ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation
- A hospitality mindset with a desire to exceed client expectations
- Organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Ability to anticipate and adjust for roadblocks and setbacks
- Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and Government Relations
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidence
