Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo #BELIMITLESS" - Preparation and cooking of food - Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner - Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy - Maintaining Health & Safety standards - Providing customer service to staff and guests. - Ensures smooth running of the section during direct supervisor’s absences. - Reports any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance. - Observes and tests all food being cooked samples all food before it is served. - Produce with his staff all products according to Movenpick recipes. **Qualifications** Make daily production list for his section in absence of the Chef de Partie. Supervises and participates in the preparation of assigned lunch and dinner buffets, special functions, banquets and restaurants supply Preparation and cooking of food. Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy.
