We are in a critical stage of scaling the company to build institutional analytics knowledge within Mozn and Saudi Arabia. It is an exciting time to work in Saudi Arabia; through Vision 2030, the rate of social and industrial change is staggering. We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to help evaluate the company’s performance and improve its efficiency. This includes analyzing and visualizing data, building simulations and forecasting models and communicating findings with the management. In addition, as a Strategy Analyst, you will be expected to participate in conducting market research and analyzing market trends to help the company in future planning, making better investment decisions and mitigate risks.

**As a Strategy Analyst, your daily workload might include:**
- Strategizing activities such as brainstorming, research, and outlining possible strategies are part of strategic planning activities.
- Assessing a company's performance and identifying areas for improvement by reviewing financial data and reports.
- Performing research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Assessing risks associated with new business ventures or projects to ensure they are financially viable
- Analyzing industry trends and economic factors that could impact a business' performance.
- Evaluating plans and proposals for new products, services, or business processes to determine feasibility and potential profitability.
- Conducting research into new technologies that could impact an industry or company's business model.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of Business Administrations, Project Management experience, preferably in Business Analysis areas or. Experience at top technology firms is preferred.
- Excellent data analytics and visualization skills (Excel or Google sheets is a must, other tools are a plus).
- Self driven and independent.
- Solid understanding of basic business concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Academic background: CS, IT, MIS, Industrial engineering or any relevant major.
