**Job Purpose
Responsible for managing a team of procurement professionals as well as the processes of planning, sourcing, purchasing, in the procurement of Phosphate-BU-RAK “Goods” as well as other commodities as required by the Company.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Review purchase requisitions, check technical issues with materials, and assess availability in vendor stock.Prepare reports and summarize data, including a weekly report on outstanding purchase requestions & active purchase orders.

Strong relationship management skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Coordinate with the planning team regarding procurement tasks.

Follow up with the Finance Department to arrange timely supplier payments

Handle and monitor claims from vendors

Develop goals and objectives for the team consistent with Maaden’s goals and continuous improvement program: including budgets, training plans and compliance with TQM observations.

**Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
**Minimum Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.**Minimum Experience**:
Professional experience of more than 8 years in Supply Chain.
