Material Manager

We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders. **Partner with the best** **As a Material Manager you will be responsible for**: - Managing master planning, material processes and systems, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs. - Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs and optimizing inventory and process improvements. - Redefining processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g. engineering, planning, maintenance). - Handling latitude in manufacturing techniques and manufacturing process requires choosing right approaches. - Managing the Warehouse and set up the process for receiving, issuing, and shipping to customer. - Managing all of the Material Transactions in Oracle. - Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget > 1.5 million. **Required Qualifications** - Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. - Have minimum of 5 years of experience in materials planning, execution, warehousing and inventory management. - Have experience leading a team. - Have experience using Oracle system. - Have Fluency in English and Arabic. **Desired Characteristics** - Have APICS Certificate. - Have strong oral and written communication skills. - Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. - Have ability to influence others and lead small teams. - Have ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. - Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. - Have effective problem identification and solution skills. - Have proven analytical and organizational ability. **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
