**Freelance Trainer - Project Management (Arabic-Speaking, Riyadh-Based)**

Our Project Management Level 1 course is designed to introduce participants to essential project management concepts, terminology, and tools, preparing them to plan and deliver successful small
- to medium-scale projects.

**Opportunity Overview**

We are looking for a Riyadh-based Arabic-speaking trainer to deliver this programme in person, fully in Arabic. Delegates will be early
- to mid-career professionals from the public or private sector.

**Assignment Responsibilities**
- Deliver the Project Management Level 1 course in Arabic (dates TBC - late July 2025)
- Cover core topics including:

- Project life cycle and planning phases
- Time, cost, and quality management
- Identifying risks and managing resources
- Basic stakeholder and communication strategies
- Engage participants using clear, practical tools and examples
- Tailor delivery to suit a Saudi Arabian organisational context
- Translate or adapt provided LCT training materials where appropriate

**Ideal Collaborator Profile**
- Based in Riyadh or nearby (essential)
- Fluent in Arabic (essential) and proficient in English (for internal communication/interview stages)
- Experienced project manager, trainer, or consultant
- Degree-level education in a relevant discipline
- Holds a training or teaching qualification (e.g. TAP, CIPD, PMP-TTT, etc.)
- At least 5 years' experience in project management delivery or execution
- Comfortable facilitating training to professional, adult learners

- Round 2 - Remote sample presentation (in English)
- Final round - Short recorded video in Arabic (topic TBC), reviewed by Guy Young
