Dimois Training Institute is a corporate training company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We help companies fulfil their learning and development initiatives by providing customised training programs through data-driven strategies, and partnering with leading trainers from across the globe. We’re looking for a skilled Google Ads Manager who can take ownership of our paid media campaigns and deliver measurable results based on our business objectives.

Role Overview:
As our Google Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube. You’ll manage budgets, analyze performance, and drive ROI through creative testing and data insights. You will be reporting directly to our marketing manager and expect a monthly commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns daily to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team on visuals.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics & other tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Google Ads policies, and new ad formats.
- A/B test ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with strong ROI in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Proven experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred
- Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
- Optional: Google Ads Certification preferred
