**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage full project lifecycles for strategic banking initiatives—ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define project scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation: charters, work breakdown structures, timelines, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, etc.
- Engage with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Digital Banking, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure all projects comply with internal policies and regulatory frameworks, particularly SAMA guidelines.
- Oversee budgeting and financial tracking for project expenditures.
- Present progress reports and executive summaries to senior stakeholders and the steering committee.
- Facilitate change management processes and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and analysts across the PMO function.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support go-live readiness and post-implementation reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science**, or a related field.
(A **Master’s degree** or **MBA** is preferred.)
- **8+ years** of experience in project management, with **at least 6 years in the banking/financial sector**.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital banking projects, core banking system migrations, and/or enterprise-wide transformations.
- Strong understanding of **banking products, customer journeys, regulatory compliance (especially SAMA), and risk frameworks**.
- Proven experience in managing external vendors and regulatory relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
- Advanced knowledge of **Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies**.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification is **highly preferred**.

- Core Banking Platforms (e.g., Temenos, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Finacle)
- Digital channels (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking)
- Open Banking APIs & Fintech integrations
- Regulatory Projects (KYC, AML, FATCA, Basel III)
- Cloud-based transformation (AWS, Azure)
- Cybersecurity risk management (if relevant to scope)
