**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations._
- Lead a team of skilled accountants, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback._
- Develop and implement financial procedures and policies to optimize efficiency and mitigate risk._
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review._
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to support business objectives and initiatives._
- Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations, ensuring adherence and recommending improvements as necessary._

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred._
- Proven experience as a senior accountant or accounting supervisor, with at least [insert number] years in a leadership role._
