A retail and wholesale company based in Jeddah looking for: Chief Financial Officer, with the following job duties ChiefFinancial Officeris responsible for developing an organization's overall financial policies.Provides strategic direction of all financial functions including accounting,budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Being a Chief Financial Officerensures that proper financial controls are in place and that financialtransactions support the overall business strategy while conforming withapplicable laws and regulations. Chief Financial Officer reports to Chief ExecutiveOfficer.Responsible for the developmentof functional or business unit strategy for the entire organization. Definescorporate vision and strategy establishes company direction and focus. Executesmultiple high impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals. Job Description:  MAIN TASKS AND DUTIES: Drive the company's financial planningPerform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investmentsDecide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risksControl and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structureEnsure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operationsSupervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)Manage vendor relationshipsPrepare reliable current and forecasting reportsSet up and oversee the company's finance IT systemEnsure compliance with the law and company's policiesManage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.Drive the company'sfinancial planningPerform riskmanagement by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investmentsDecide on investmentstrategies by considering cash and liquidity risksControl and evaluatethe organization's fundraising plans and capital structureEnsure cash flow isappropriate for the organization's operationsSupervise allfinance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)Manage vendor relationshipsPrepare reliablecurrent and forecasting reportsSet up and overseethe company's finance IT systemEnsure compliancewith the law and company's policiesManage team of financial department. RequirementsProven experience as CFO, financeofficer or relevant roleIn depth knowledge ofcorporate financial law and risk management practicesExcellent knowledgeof data analysis and forecasting methodsProficient in the useof MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)Ability to strategizeand solve problemsStrong leadership andorganizational skillsExcellentcommunication and people skillsAn analytical mind,comfortable with numbersCPA is a strongadvantageBSc/BA in Accounting,Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
