**The GRC Team**

The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Team is a dedicated group of professionals who diligently navigate the complex world of financial regulations. **As a Tapster you will**:

- Develop and implement procedures and policies for contract management that align with organizational goals and legal and regulatory requirements.- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of contracts with merchants, third parties, and partners.- Review and ensure contracts meet applicable laws and regulations concerning Payment Services, Data Privacy and other rules and regulations related to the payment services sector.- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts to safeguard the organization’s interests- Safely maintain all contractual records using a secure contract management process for easy access and compliance.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and various stakeholders, facilitating timely reviews and approvals of contract variations.

**What you will bring to the party**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a related legal role, preferably within the payment services or financial sector.- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.- Proficiency in legal compliance and risk management.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools and digital record-keeping systems.- Certifications: Relevant certifications in contract management or legal compliance are a plus.

- Bilingual (Arabic and English)
