**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective training and guidance.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA are highly preferred.
