**Job Overview**: The HR Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting the business goals and objectives by driving people strategies, organizational development, and talent management within our company. This role will collaborate with senior leadership and line managers to align HR initiatives with business needs and enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

**What you will do**:

- Collaborate with leadership and management to understand business objectives and develop tailored HR strategies to meet these goals;
- Provide strategic HR guidance on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational design;
- Support in driving organizational HR initiatives and transformation efforts to adapt to market trends and industry shifts;
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, offering guidance on employee relations issues, performance concerns, and conflict resolution;
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, offering advice on labor contracts, benefits, and employee rights;
- Work closely with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talents;
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives, ensuring a pipeline of talent for future organizational growth;
- Support managers in creating clear performance expectations, conducting appraisals, and developing professional growth plans for employees;
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that salary structures, benefits packages, and incentives are competitive within the market;
- Utilize HR data and analytics to drive decision-making, track KPIs, and monitor HR metrics;
- Ensure the company’s HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with Saudi labor laws and other regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in relevant role, preferably in IT sector;
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices;
- Strong understanding of organizational development, workforce planning, and change management;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

**Experience**:

- HR BP/HR generalist: 5 years (preferred)
