We are currently looking for a Director to join our Advisory team, who is going to be responsible for full client development journey, shaping strategies and overseeing their implementation, managing and building teams while contributing to building TAM future practices and offerings.

**Key responsibilities and objectives**:

- Builds deep, long-term business relationships at a strategic and decision-making levels with the intention of placing TAM as a trusted strategic partner
- Actively leads business development
- Drives team quality control and integrates recommendations across multiple projects at one client
- Leads knowledge and integrated thinking to team problem-solving
- Leads team’s health, energy and dynamics
- Makes meaningful contributions to building TAM practices, functions, processes & other internal matters

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree, Doctorate or an MBA qualification is a plus
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Significant experience in a management consultancy on a level of Manager or above is a must
- History of working with Saudi governmental clients in professional services and management consulting is a must
- Successfully managed multiple and large-scale projects
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
