**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
The Advisory Executive plays a key supporting role within the Advisory team, assisting in the delivery of consulting services across strategic projects and client engagements. This position is instrumental in contributing to research, analysis, and content development to support the execution of high-quality advisory outputs. The role reports into the Advisory Director and works closely with internal teams.

**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supporting the Advisory team with research, analysis, and documentation across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Conducting market research, stakeholder mapping, and benchmarking exercises to inform strategic recommendations.
- Contributing to the development of strategic frameworks and data models.
- Providing support across sectors and topics in line with P54's advisory engagements and client needs.

**SPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/APTITUDES NEEDED**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Sports Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in consulting, research, strategy, or a similar analytical role (internships included).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge and past experience in the Saudi sports ecosystem.

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**:

- Competitive Salary
- Annual Discretionary Company Bonus - up to 8% - 3% Company & 5% Individual
- 33 days annual leave (+ public holidays), pro-rated
- Working hours will be from 09.00 to 17.30 Sunday to Thursday with an hour taken for lunch between 12.00 and 14.00
