**Job Description**:
- Lead and oversee the planning phase of the project, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines, utilizing industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective measures as necessary to mitigate risks.
- Provide regular reports and updates on project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the planned schedule.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced degree or certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in infrastructure projects within Gulf countries, particularly focusing on roads and railways.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
- Extensive knowledge of planning methodologies, scheduling techniques, and project management best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulations and standards is preferred.
